If you click Buy Now under the 5, 10, or 25 license package option, you can change the quantity to anything from 1 - 49 and pay for the exact quantity licenses that you need.

We strongly recommend purchasing the 100 Computers package for $1,595 per year. This will give your company growth and expansion room to allow another 25 computers to be added to your network. If you order the 50 and 25 license packages, your total would be $1,533.75 which is just $61.25 less with no expansion room.

Please contact us for a custom quote for any network with more than 1,000 computers. We will build a custom ordering package that will have the total computers you want to monitor in your entire network.

SentryPC for Business is an annual subscription software that requires full payment before the account can be made active. Since SentryPC is subscription based, we cannot accept purchase orders or payments made on a NET-30 basis.

A single license will allow you to monitor an entire computer on your corporate network. No matter how many users are on that single computer, SentryPC will record all user activities. This means if you bought our 50 license package and installed it on 50 computers that had 4 users per computer, SentryPC will show you individual logs and data for all 200 users on the network.

As long as you have an active subscription with SentryPC for Business, all upgrades we release will be provided free of charge. As an example, when Windows 10 released, we upgraded SentryPC to be fully compatible with Windows 10 and offered that update free to all current customers.

When you sign up to SentryPC for Business, your account will be automatically set for renewal after one year. Under your account, you can manage your plan by logging in to your SentryPC Online Account, clicking your username on the upper right then click Subscription. From there, you can select Renewal Options and change the renewal status to renew automatically or to not renew.

Should you let your account expire, you will receive 3 notifications that renewal is needed before your account is automatically terminated with all records permanetly deleted from our servers. To avoid this, we strongly recommend keeping the account set to automatically renew.
